WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Gymnastic Skill: Handstand Push Up (HSPU)

B) Complete:

3 rounds:
15 Wall balls 9/6kg
15 Sit-ups

At minute 5, complete:

3 rounds:
5 HSPU
10 KB swings 32/24kg

At minute 10, get as far up the ladder as possible in 10 minutes:

100m, 200m, 300m.... Medball run 9/6kg
5, 10, 15 burpees
