WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) 4 x 2 minutes on : 2 minutes off:

Run 200m
10 Burpee broad jumps
Max rep thrusters (30/20 kg)

B) 4 x 2 minutes on : 2 minutes off:

Run 200m
10 Front rack lunges (30/20kg)
Max rep Kettlebell swings
