WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Barbell skills: The Clean

B) Hang power clean: Build to heavy set of 3 reps

C) 3 rounds for time:

15 Hang power cleans
15 Burpees

Rx for beginners is 40/30kg
Rx for intermediates is 50/35kg
Rx for advanced is 60/40kg
