It was at this exact moment that CrossFit legend Julie Foucher realised she'd made a massive error on her toes to bar... she didn't put her thumbs around the bar!! Tut tut.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Gymnastics skill work: Toes to bar & kipping

B) 4 rounds for time:

Run 400m
10 Front rack lunges
15 Toes to bar
20 Push-ups

Rx for beginnners is 50/35kg
Rx for intermediates is 60/40kg
Rx for advanced is 70/45kg
