3 Dec 2014 – Christmas Updates and WOD

CrossFit 1864's Christmas Cracker

Join us for our first Christmas Cracker on Sunday 14 December at 11 am! We will have a special Christmas-themed WOD with prizes going to the Most Festive Athlete and the Biggest Grinch (Karen's Christmas jumper is already looking like a front runner in the festive athlete category...) Afterwards we’ll head to BrewDog in Shoreditch where the real challenge will begin….

Who will be able to beat Coach Phil on Nintendo 64 Golden Eye and Mario Kart?!

A beastly WOD, festive banter, beers, video games and a great group of people… what more could you ask for for Christmas??

Christmas Schedule

From 23 December 2014 – 1 January 2015, we will have a reduced holiday schedule:

Tuesday 23 December – AM classes only: 6.15 - 7.15 am, 7.15 - 8.15 am
Wednesday 24 December – Sunday 28 December: CLOSED
Monday – Tuesday, 29 – 30 December: Regular Schedule
Wednesday 31 December – AM classes only: 6.15 - 7.15 am, 7.15 - 8.15 am
Thursday 1 January: CLOSED

From Friday 2 January, we will resume our regular schedule.

CrossFit 1864 Travel WODs

Just because the box is closed for the holidays, doesn't mean you can't get your WOD on! The great thing about CrossFit is that you can do it almost anywhere, even if you don't have access to a barbell and a rig. From 22 December, we will be posting Travel WODs, both on the website and on Beyond the Whiteboard, which you will be able to do wherever you are, with little to no equipment. Bonus points if you can get the family to join you!

B) 16 alternating rounds of 20 seconds on : 10 seconds off:
