Push ups

  • The tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each movement (4 minutes per movement)
  • Your score at the end of the movement is the lowest number of reps you achieved during the rounds. So, if you got 8 push ups in your first round, then 1 push up in your second round, your final score will be 1... the name of the game is consistency!
  • Add weight to the split squats where possible and if needed, scale the push ups to incline push ups.
