A) Gymnastics Skill Work: Toes to Bar

B) Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes:

Run 200 m
15 thrusters*
12 burpees
9 toes to bar

Rx for Beginners: 12-9-6, 20/15 kg
Rx for Intermediate: 20/15 kg
Rx for Advanced: 40/30 kg

* You should be able to do the thrusters unbroken – choose your weight accordingly!
