WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Barbell skill development: Power Snatch

B) 3 x 4 minutes on : 2 minutes off

"Skills Focus"
2, 4, 6... Power snatch (40/30 kg)
2, 4, 6... Toes to Bar

"Fitness Focus"
2, 4, 6... Power snatch (or scaled variation)
2, 4, 6... Sit-ups with med-ball (6/3 kg)

- In 4 minutes, get as far up the ladder as possible
- Re-start from the beginning of the ladder each interval
- The goal is to maintain a consistent score!
