WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Deadlift: Establish a new 5 rep max

B) Partner workout - "I go, you go"

5 x 20 seconds on : 20 seconds off
Max rep KB Swings 32/24 kg

And then....

5 x 20 seconds on : 20 seconds off
Ring dips

And then....

5 x 20 seconds on : 20 seconds off
Jumping squats 20/15kg

And then....!!

5 x 20 seconds on : 20 seconds off
Ring rows, feet elevated to shoulder height

- Partner 1 does 20 seconds max rep KB swings, while partner 2 'rests'
- Partner 2 does 20 seconds max rep KB Swings, while partner 1 'rests'
- Each athlete completes 5 rounds before moving to the next movement
