A) OHS Complex & Snatch warm-up

B) Hang snatch

B1) 10 minutes to establish a heavy single
B2) EMOM x 5 : Perform 1 rep @ 90% of B1 

C) Snatch

C1) 10 minutes to establish a heavy single
C2) EMOM x 10 : For the first 5 minutes perform 2 reps @ 90% of C1
For the second 5 minutes perform 1 rep @ 90% of C1
