The goal of this session is to keep moving at a steady pace. For those with a HR monitor this is 130-150 bpm, or a ‘conversational’ pace. 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Conditioning - Cardiac Output

Alternating EMOM x 40 minutes

Minute 1: 1 round of "Cindy" (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air squats)
Minute 2: 45 seconds of double unders
Minute 3: 10 TNG Power clean & Push jerks, light load
Minute 4: 10 Burpees to target
Minute 5: 45 seconds row / airdyne @ easy pace
