Arnie, get ready to meet your namesake WOD!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Conditioning: Cardiac Output

"Arnie"
For time:
21 Turkish get-up, right arm (32/24 kg)
50 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
21 Kettlebell Overhead Squat, left arm (32/24 kg)
50 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
21 Kettlebell Overhead Squat, right arm (32/24 kg)
50 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
21 Turkish Get-up, left arm (32/24 kg)

Time cap: 45 minutes

During this workout we want you to move with quality. Whilst this workout is 'for time', we do not want you rush this, for two main reasons:

1) These are tough movements, and TGUs and kettlebell overhead squats require focus and concentration
) This is a cardiac output workout, we need your heart rate to remain low
