WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) General Strength

A1) Strict press: In 15 minutes establish a heavy single for the day
A2) Strict press: 3 sets for max reps at 70% of A1
- Rest 1 minute between sets -

B) Every minute, on the minute for 16 minutes, alternate between:
Minute 1 – 10 Bench press
Minute 2 – 10 Ring row
Minute 3 – 10 Weighted box step-ups , left leg
Minute 4 – 10 Weighted box step-ups , right leg
