Weightlifting Development: Circle Training

10-8-6-4-2
Power snatch
Strict chest to bar chin-ups (or box chin-ups)
Overhead squat
Strict ring dips (or box dips)

- For the power snatch, keep the load at a weight that allows you to perform the set's unbroken and ficus on smooth efficient cycling of the reps
- You can add load to the chin-ups/ring dips. These do not have to be unbroken but must be in a minimum of sets of 2 reps
