Cardiac Output

For time:
Run 1 mile

When you return start the following alternating EMOM at the top of the next minute: 

Complete 30 total rounds:
Odd minute: 5 Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups + 15 Air squats
Even minute: 15 Burpees

*Scaled version:
Odd minute: 3 Jumping pull-ups + 6 Push-ups + 9 Air squats
Even minutes: 9 Burpees

After 30 rounds:

For time:
1 mile run


This EMOM is no joke! BUT remember, the goal is to keep the heart rate low, so if you are gassing out then please scale!
