Team Bro-Down

In teams of 3-4:

A) In 10 minutes:
Establish a team 3 rep max hang squat snatch
- Each athlete must set a 3 rep max within the 10 minute period

- 2 minutes rest/transition -

B) For time:
40 Synchronised front squats (60/40 kg)
40 Synchronised pull-ups (or ring rows)
40 Synchronised shoulder to overhead
40 Synchronised pistols (or box step-ups)

(Time cap: 15 minutes)
