WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Cardiac Output

"Dragon"

For time:
Run, 5 km
Then:
4 minutes: AMRAP sets of 4 deadlifts (Athletes choose load)
Run, 5 km
Then:
4 minutes: AMRAP sets of 4 push jerks (Athletes choose load)

*The goal for this workout is to work at +/- 5 BPM of your threshold heart rate. This is the average heart rate from your Airdyne Ramp Test You should be able to keep moving at a hard pace, keeping rest periods short (<12 seconds).

**We will scale the running distances down as appropriate for each individual. If you want to Rx the running distances you can, just be aware if finish after the class ends, we will have started the next class.
