A) Barbell skills: Barbell cycling efficiency

B) CrossFit Open 13.2

10 minute AMRAP:
5 Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
10 Deadlift 50/35kg
15 Box jumps 24/20"

C) Optional finisher:
For time: 100m row or 250m row
