Hang Power Clean: Establish a new 2 rep max

A) Intermediate & Advanced
Power Clean: Establish a new 2 rep max

B) Alternating EMOM x 12 minutes:
Odd: 5 Power cleans @ 80% of above
Even: 20 Wall balls (9/6 kg)
