WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Barbell Skills: Clean
*Find a challenging load for Part B

B) Alternating EMOM x 24 minutes:
Minute 1: 3 Cleans + 6 Bar-facing burpees
Minute 2: 10 Wall balls (9/6 kg) + 10 Kettlebell swings (32/24 kg)
Minute 3: Run 200 m
