A) Beginner
A1) Sumo deadlift: 4 x 8
* Add load as technique allows
A2) Vertical push (up)

A) Intermediate & Advanced
A1) Sumo deadlift: 4-6 reps @ 70-80%+, totalling 24-30 reps
A2) Vertical push (up)

B) All Athletes
12 x 30 seconds on : 30 seconds off
Strict handstand push up (add deficit as needed)
Strict chin-up (add load as needed)
Front squat (@ bodyweight)
