WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Take 12 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3 snatch grip push press

B) Take 12 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3 overhead squats with 2 seconds pause

C) Alternating EMOM x 10:
Even: 3 Hang squat snatch
Odd: 200m run
