WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Pull-up development

Choose the appropriate movement of the following for your level:
- Partner assisted chin-up: 5 x 5
- Strict chin-up: 5 x max reps (
You should be performing more than 3 reps)
If you can do more than 8 strict chin-ups, do....
- Weighted, strict chin-up: 6 x 3
 

B) 6 x 90 seconds on : 90 seconds off:
Run 200m
Max rep thrusters (40/30 kg)
