WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Pull-up development

Partner assisted chest to bar chin-up: 5 x 5
OR
Strict chest to bar chin-up: 5 x max reps (You should be performing more than 3 reps)
If you can do more than 8 strict chin-ups, do....
Strict chest to bar chin-up: 5 x max reps

B) In partners, complete 10 total rounds:

10 Thrusters (50/35 kg)
15 Burpees to target
200m Run

- One partner completes one round while one partner rests
- Each round should be done as fast as possible
