A) Beginner
A1) Deadlift: 3-5 x 8
*Add load as technique allows
A2) Vertical push (down)

A) Intermediate & Advanced
A1) Deadlift: 5-7 reps starting at 70-80%, totalling 25-30 reps
*If mobility and technique allow, perform as deficit deadlifts
A2) Vertical push (down)

B) All Athletes
3 rounds, rest 2 minutes between rounds:
8 Back squats @ 60-70%
12 Kettlebell swings (32/24 kg)
30 Double unders (or 60 Singles)

– Get a time for each round
– The back squats should be a challenging load, but be unbroken
