A) Strength: Pull-up development

Partner assisted pull-up: 5 x 5

Strict pull-up: 5 x max reps (You should be performing more than 3 reps)

If you can do more than 8 strict pull-ups, do....

Weighted pull-up: 6 x 3

B) 12 min AMRAP

20 Bumper Plate GTOH (20/15 kg)
15 Overhead Walking Lunges (20/15 kg)
10 Pull ups
