WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Deadlift: Establish a new 3 rep max

B) Gymnastics Testing
B1) Strict pull-ups (or chest to bar hold): 1 set for max reps
B2) Ring dips (or push-ups): 1 set for max reps

C) 5 rounds for time of:
5 Deadlifts (125/85 kg)
10 Burpees
