Deadlift for 10 seconds
Rest 50 seconds
*Go as heavy as form allows

Vertical push (down), 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

30-20-10 reps
Toes to bar
Box jump (24/20 in)
Kettlebell snatch (24/16 kg)

Fitness Focus
30-20-10 reps
Hollow tucks
Box jump (24/20 in)
Kettlebell swing
