If you can do more than 8 strict pull-ups, do....
Weighted pull-up: 4 x 6

B) Gassy Grace (She's got the burps)
For time:
30 Burpees over the box (30/24 in)
30 Clean & jerks (Pick load)
30 Burpees over the box (30/24 in)
