A) Gymnastic Skills: Planche Progression

B) Choose a midline progression you can hold:
6-9 x 15 seconds on : 45 seconds off

C) 3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute: Max 10m Shuttle sprint
30 seconds: Rest
1 minute: Max Pull-up
30 seconds: Rest
1 minute: Max Box jump (24/20 in)
30 seconds: Rest
1 minute: Max Push-up
30 seconds: Rest
