Even: 5 Deadlifts - Warm up to a challenging load
Odd: 5 High box jumps - Build to a challenging height, but only if you can land in a solid position

B) Assistance SuperSet

In 12 minutes, aim to complete 2-4 rounds. Move at a comfortable pace and choose loads that allow you to complete the reps unbroken
