A) 8 minute AMRAP:
Max Push press @ 5-10 kg heavier than last week
*Every time you break perform 20 air squats

B) 8 minute AMRAP:
Max Hang power clean @ a challenging load
*Every time you break, perform 12 box jumps (24/20 in)

Your score is number of (A) Push press and (B) hang power clean
This is a strength day, so the aim is to go heavy!
