WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Death by push press

With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Push press in the first minute
2 Push press in the second minute
3 Push press in third minute
Continue until you cannot fit the reps within the minute

  • The Rx load is 50 / 35kg
  • When you fail on the push press, perform a 20 second handstand hold at the start of each minute. Continue until the last person has finished the push press

- Rest 5 minutes -

B) Death by toes to bar

With a continuously running clock perform: 
1 Toe to bar in the first minute
2 Toes to bar in the second minute
3 Toes to bar in third minute
Continue until you cannot fit the reps within the minute

  • When you fail on the toes to bar, perform a 20 second hollow hold at the start of each minute. Continue until the last person has finished the toes to bar.
