A) Weightlifting Skill Development

A1) Snatch Pull-Under Skill Work

A2) Snatch balance: Build to a heavy double in 15 minutes

A3) High hang snatch: Build to a heavy double in 15 minutes

B) Conditioning

6 minute AMRAP of overhead squats 60/40kg
* Every time you break the overhead squats perform 10 toes to bar (or 15 sit-ups)
