WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Gymnastics Skills: Kipping toes to bar

B) Working in teams of 2, in 25 minutes complete:
B1) 4 km run
B2) In remaining time, AMRAP:
10 Kettlebell swings (24/16 kg)
10 Toes to bar

- One athlete works at a time
- The run is split into 400m intervals
- In A2 one athlete must complete 1 full round before the next athlete starts
