WORKOUT OF THE DAY: WEIGHTLIFTING DEVELOPMENT

A) Overhead squat complex

B) Snatch Warm-Up, empty barbell

C) Snatch

C1) In 15 minutes find your 1RM max for the day
C2) 5 singles at 90% of C1
C3) 5 doubles at 80% of C1
C4) 5 x 3 at 70% of C1

The triples have to be performed with a three second pause in the bottom and top position. If you lose your balance by having to step forward or back as you stand up, it’s a no-rep
