WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Gymnastics Development

A) Push-ups

3 rounds, rest 2 minutes between rounds:
3 Deficit push-ups, then hold top for 20 seconds
6 Deficit push-ups, then hold top for 20 seconds
9 Deficit push-ups, then hold top for 20 seconds
– Continue adding 5 reps until you fail. This completes your round.

B) Ring rows

3 rounds, rest 2 minutes between rounds
3 Ring rows, then hold top for 10 seconds
6 Ring rows, then hold top for 10 seconds
9 Ring rows, then hold top for 10 seconds
– Continue adding 5 reps until you fail. This completes your round.

C) 10 minute AMRAP
