Weightlifting Development

A) Warm-up: Overhead squat complex  & Snatch warm-up, empty barbell

B) Power snatch + hang power snatch.

B1) Power snatch + hang power snatch: 12 minutes to establish a daily max You are not allowed to drop the bar to the ground after the first rep.

B2) 3 sets of 2 Power snatch + 2 hang power snatch @ 80% of B1

D) Conditioning
