We will be running heats every 20 minutes and each heat will have six athletes (male and female, all divisions). You will need to sign up for your heat via the Google Sheet, which you can access here:

A) Conditioning
In partners, 20 minute AMRAP:
5 Power Cleans (80/45 kg)
10 Burpees over the bar
20 Calorie row

P1 completes the power cleans
P2 completes the burpees
P1 completes the row - That's one round
P2 completes the power cleans....and so on
