WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Strength: Front Squat
Establish a 1 rep max

B) Strength / Conditioning
3-5 sets:
15 Kettlebell push press
12 Kettlebell reverse lunges
9 Kettlebell deadlifts

*Each round must be completed as 36 unbroken reps, rest as little as possible between rounds
*Aim for 24/16 kg
*Rest 2-3 minutes between sets


C) Bonus Gainz: Oblique Development
Side plank: 3-5 x 45-60 seconds per side
