B) Conditioning

For max reps:
60 seconds of deadlifts (100/70 kg)
60 seconds of handstand push-ups
45 seconds of deadlifts (100/70 kg)
45 seconds of handstand push-ups
30 seconds of deadlifts (100/70 kg)
30 seconds of handstand push-ups

* Can you hit 45 reps of deadlifts and 45 reps of handstand push-ups?
