Huddle Topic: The Hopper Model

A) Strength: Back squat
Perform 4 x 10
Rest as needed between sets

B) Strength/Gymnastics Conditioning
EMOM x 12
Odd: 6 Heavy Thrusters (Athletes choose the weight)
Even: 3-6 Bar Muscle ups

Scale for Bar muscle-ups:
- Strict C2B Pull-ups
- Strict Pull-ups
- 15-20 second chest to bar hold
