A) Strength: Back Squat
A1) EMOM x 10
1 Back squat (Across @ 97% 1RM)
- If you failed last week, stick at last weeks weight and try again!

B) Strength: Power Cleans
B1) EMOM x 5:
10 unbroken Hang power cleans, climbing
- Rest 3 minutes -
B2) EMOM x 5:
5 Unbroken Hang power cleans, climbing
