By the end of March, you Crazy Ones will have conquered four beastly WODs from the 2016 CrossFit Open, and what better way to celebrate your achievement than to do the final Open WOD in your best 80s get-up?!
We will be doing the Final Open WOD (Open 16.5) on Sunday 27 March from 9.30 - Noon (timings are approximate depending on the WOD). We will be running the workout in heats and we encourage everyone to come early (or stay after) to cheer on your fellow Crazy Ones! At the end of the session, we will be giving out prizes for the Best Dressed Athletes!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A) Barbell Conditioning
Front Squat (82.5/60 kg)
Push Jerk (82.5/60 kg)
A2) Repeat A1
(Time cap for both A1 and A2: 15 minutes)
Alternating EMOM x 12
Even minutes: 10 Handstand Push-Ups
Odd minutes: 50 Double-Unders
HSPU Scale: 10 Push press 40/30kg
