The Open & "Back Off" Week

We have been hitting it hard since Christmas with our squat cycle and Open prep workouts, so this week is a scheduled "Back off" week in preparation for our first Open workout next Monday... Have you signed up yet?! 

Back off or De-load weeks are an important aspect of maintaining health, fitness and focus. If want to do extra work this week, it should be extra mobility/stability or recovery work. 


A) Strength
Power clean: 5x5

B) Conditioning
4 rounds for time of:
15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
15 Wall Balls (9/6 kg)
Run, 400 m
