A) Gymnastics Skill Development
EMOM for 15 minutes, alternate through:
Minute 1: 1-3 Rope climbs - Focus on Technique
Minute 2: Freestanding handstand hold
Minute 3: Tuck rock to tuck sit x 15 reps
B) Conditioning
2 rounds of:
3 minutes: Row for calories
2 minutes: Strict HSPU, for max reps
1 minute: Strict Pull-Ups, for max reps
