From today through to Saturday we will be dialling back the intensity ready for 'Testing Week' which begins on Monday. On Sunday you will have the chance to build to a 1 rep max on the Snatch & Clean & Jerk.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A) Conditioning

Every 4 minutes, for 24 minutes (6 sets), each for time:
400m Run
10 Burpee box jump-overs (24/20 in)

B) Skill Work: The Muscle-Up
