14 July 2016 – Class Schedule Reminder

Remember: From 17 July to 4 August, we will be running a slightly adjusted class schedule. The temporary changes to the class schedule are as follows:

Saturday 16 July: All classes running as normal. After the 12.30 pm session, we'll all head over to CrossFit Central London for our first Box Battles!
Sunday 17 July: No Classes - celebrate your achievements and recover from the London Box Battles!
Monday 18 July to Friday 4 August: There will be one morning class on weekdays (Mon-Fri) which will run from 6:30am to 7:30am. Evening classes will run as normally scheduled.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 19 July to 4 August: There will be no 12:45 pm classes or 5 pm classes
Sunday 24 July: No Classes
From Saturday 6 August... Normal Class Schedule Resumes

A) Strength

A1) Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
20 Walking lunges with 2 x 32/24 kg kettlebells

A2) Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
5 Bench Press, as heavy as form allows

B) Gymnastics/Conditioning

In 10 minutes get as far up the ladder as possible
1, 2, 3...Strict pull-up
2, 4, 6....Pistols, alternating legs
3, 6, 9....Push-ups
*Wear a weight vest if you feel game for it!
