WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Conditioning - Cardiac Output (Weightlifting bias) - Wk 3/4

Every minute, for 40 minutes, alternate between:
Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie row
Minute 2: 12/10 Burpee
Minute 3: 10 Power snatch / Power clean & jerk / Thruster
Minute 4: Rest

*Alternate barbell movement each round
*The barbell movements must be peformed unbroken
*Rx load is 50/35 kg
