A) Strength/Aerobic Method: Shoulder press
A1) Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets), complete 3 reps.
A2) Push-up: 3-5 x 10 @ tempo 2020, rest exactly 60 seconds between sets
100 Double unders, then
10 Kettlebell Snatch (24/16 kg)
